So I have just purchased my first Samsung product.

Shouldn't I feel welcome and shouldn't it be like a breeze to get an account?

Even tuta is one of the most recognized, secure and spam free mail providers in Europe I get this message:

"@tutanota.com accounts aren't supported."

No explanation, no suggestions, nothing but insolences...

The problem seems to be more than common.

Please do not revile in the style of "I do understand your frustration...", but simply reply with a link to a list of valid mail providers....

Hi,

This may be a regional thing. Are you based here in the UK or elswhere. You've posted to the UK users community. If outside of the UK, then It may be better posting to your local community where you will receive a more tailored response.
Alternatively, you can send feedback directly to Samsung using your Samsung members app. Just head to the support section and tap 'Ask questions '

Thank you for your reply. Actually, the address bar in my browser reads eu.community.samsung.com. I guess Samsung haven't yet discovered that UK left eu. And yes: This is indeed my local community

As suggested by @JAMES4578 answer, tuta is very popular in UK too.

Well, I do not have the Samsung app and do not expect it to work on any phone I own.
