When will be able to enable voice isolation on calls on the latest flagships. This feature is one of the best to clearly communicate with family and friends

Voice isolation is an apple feature. Samsung did bring out voice focus to mid range phones. Not for the s series.

The reason Voice focus is not needed for the S series is that they have hardware based noise cancelling, the voice as a result is more natural than Focus Mode as less processing is required. More detail in the link.

I have a friend on apple, and their "voice isolation" is wholly superior to Samsungs "hardware based noise cancelling"... honestly it seems like my Samsung aplifies background noise rather than cancels it. The underperformance of this aspect on Samsung is the first time I've considered buying a different brand of phone. I've been on Samsungs since s4, but now noise cancelling microphone has become important for me for work.

So there's currently no product or setting for the Galaxy s22 Ultra? Because currently the incall background noise is absolutely horrible in any area and absolutely amplifies it on all types of Hardware earpods. I have Jabra Samsung and Apple earpods all of them have horrible background noise compared to the voice isolation

Im having the same issue as well, really considering switching to iphone because im on phone calls for most of the day.

Same problem here. Switched from iP14PM to S24U and i'm missing voice isolation so much. It's horrible when i phone and everyone tells menhow bad it is to here everything from the Environment.

Just realising I'm not the only one facing this background noise issue. I use the S24 ultra and it's terrible. It rather amplifies the background noise instead of cancelling it.

Maybe on the phone but using headphones with noise canceling is great on my end but the listener is hearing ambient noises that are more amplified than my voice and very distracting. Wish they'd fix that as that's practically a basic.

I have S24 ultra and even with Bose Quite Comfort Headpones, everyone I call complains of the background noise even in relatively quite place. Voice isolation is such a basic requirement for a phone! Samsung should really think about improving this. What a horrible experience it has been so far.
