AMSUNG Belgium IS FINANCIALLY CHEATING ITS CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!! 😡😡
On 8/11/2023 I bought a Samsung Tab A8 WiFi 128 GB for 229.00 euros, less than 6 days later this device is 100% the same at 199.00 euros.
Well, they could have left it on 8/11/2023 at this new price that they already knew at the time.
I am certainly not the only one who feels cheated, a financial gesture from Samsung would have been more appropriate here, but they are as silent as a grave.
 I thought Samsung was great, never felt so cheated!!!!

Op 8/11/2023 een samsung Tab A8 Wifi 128 GB gekocht aan 229,00 euro, nog geen 6 dagen later staat dit toestel 100% hetzelfde aan 199,00 euro.

Wel ze mochten het wel op 8/11/2023 ook gelaten hebben aan deze nieuwe prijs die ze toen al wisten.

Ik ben zeker niet de enigste die zich bedrogen voelt, een financiële geste van samsung was hier meer op zijn plaats, maar ze zwijgen als een graf.

Ik dacht dat samsung top was, nog nooit zo bedrogen gevoelt !!!!

They're not cheating, they changed the price. If you're that mad, return your product and buy again.

Also why complain to Samsung UK about a Belgium issue?

Also also, if the price went up, should Samsung call you and make you pay the difference?

@Members_WcEMIKG We have had this complaint on the community a few times, it is the way business works 😉. sometimes you will be fortunate and other times miss out, as has been said you have the option of returning.

Whilst we can translate the etiquette is to use the language of the particular community.
