    <description>Dit hebben we gedaan. Ik vraag me echt af of de Firmware upgrade naar 1710 op 19 april misschien toch de boosdoener is... Maar misschien nemen we de stap (op een dag) van de tv van de mount te halen.&lt;BR /&gt;Toch bedankt voor jouw hulp!</description>

      <title>Auto rotating wall mount for Samsung The Frame suddenly stopped working?</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;We don't often use portrait mode, but it worked whenever we wanted it to. Yesterday we tried it and no luck whatsoever. The multiview button pressed for a few seconds didn't work, it only gave multiview. Did the update to firmware version 1710 somehow break the connection to the rotating wall mount? Does anyone else have this problem (and most importantly, know of a solution)? Thank you all in advance!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>Dat lukt helaas niet. We krijgen een melding om de power supply te controleren. Beide de tv en wall mount uitgeschakeld en weer aan gezet, nog steeds dezelfde melding.       <description>Dat zou betekenen dat wij de tv van de mount moeten halen... En zonder de stickers die je krijgt om het op de juiste plek weer te houden om het weer op te hangen, is het haast niet te doen (en ook terrifying... We hebben het een keer moeten doen. Vreselijk)</description>

&lt;P&gt;Weet je zeker dat de mount stroom heeft? Kan ook een kabelbreuk zijn door het vele draaien.&lt;BR /&gt;Zet anders de tv en de mount een poosje zonder stroom. Probeer daarna weer te pairen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;De mount lijkt helemaal 'dood' of de&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;mount controller hangt. In dat geval moet je resetten.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
