Software update for LS34J550?

Is there a software update available for the LS34J550WQU monitor? I purchased this monitor in July 2021 and I'm deeply dissatisfied with it since the software keeps crashing. The screen turns blank / off and restarts again after several seconds.

This doesn't happen very often (maybe once or twice a day) but it's annoying enough and it's a quality problem which I don't expect from Samsung.

This is the first Samsung product I'm dissatisfied with BTW.

Hallo Ajay, er zit geen USB aansluiting op deze monitor. Hoe moet ik de update dan installeren?

Werkt het als ik een DisplayPort-naar-USB kabel gebruik en daar een USB flash drive op aansluit?

Onze Product Specialist geeft aan dat je bij beeld issues de grafische kaart van het aangesloten device kunt updaten. Had je dit al geporbeerd?

Nee, dat heb ik niet geprobeerd.

Maar hoe kan ik de monitor firmware updaten?

I have the same issue with this monitor, it randomly goes to black. It happens more often when connected to an apple computer but it happens connected to PC too (hdmi or displayport). Drivers are updated. How do I upgrade the firmware?

There seems to be a firmware update but no one knows how to install it?!!
