    <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi all. I cannot sign-in to my existing samsung account on my new device. Old devices s8 and a53 still works, also on browser on pc works, and even on website account.samsung.com in the browser of the new device, but not sign in on store or any other apps on my new phone a56 device bought in official vodafone store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;When trying it shows "Processing failed."&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Via "Sign in with Giogle" , "Email or phone number" and "Sign in with QR code" all rwsult in same result. Its a new phone, software fully updated and all permissioned allowed for the samsung account app.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I cannot sign-in to member or galaxy store either.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This is on my old phone.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Support kinda told me there are issues for that scenario: Sign in to samsung account on new devices but no uodates to an global issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>You have to use smart switch from old to new pgone and then it works. After a factory reset. But starting from scratch is not possible at samsung, apple maybe doea allow a from scratch setup?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Congratulations on the the purchase of your new A56! I will gladly help you. Do you experience this also on a different Wi-Fi network, is eveything up-to-date and have you restarted your phone?&lt;/P&gt;
