When I login on www.samsung.com I receive a mail not from "@samsung.com" but from "SA.reply@samsung-mail.com"

Is this fake mail?

That's not a fake email. SA.noreply@samsung-mail.com is the email address used for account notifications which will state that you logged in to your account and it shows you from which device the log in occurred as well as the time and date and approximate location. It also gives you the urgent advice to reset your password should it haven't been you.

Kind remember that Samsung will never ask you for any personal information such as passwords and if you do choose to reset your password you should make sure you're on the Samsung.com domain.

Ik kreeg ook zo'n mailtje ook, maar het was in Arabisch geschreven? I.p.v. NL of Engels? Dus weet ik niet wat er in stond.

Je zou de tekst door Google Translate kunnen gooien, dan heb je hopelijk een idee van wat er staat. Mocht je het niet vertrouwen, dan kun je natuurlijk altijd je wachtwoord veranderen!

I have exactly the same problem. SA.noreply@notice.samsung-mail.com is the adress I got mails from. But my Samsung account is a use I have it on my phone so why does it say that on used Samsung accounts are deleted after 24 months? I am just using my Samsung account as normally. What do I do now?

Ik kan de verwarring begrijpen. Iedereen met een Samsung Account heeft zo'n e-mail ontvangen. Wanneer het niet voor jou van toepassing is, hoef je geen zorgen te maken. Wanneer je nog vragen hebt, kan je ons gerust weer een bericht sturen.
