    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, it seems that resetting my phone has only worsened the problems. The battery is still draining very quickly, becoming very hot, and in addition my phone keeps crashing and restarting (which it did not do before). Should I send it for repairs?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 problems after update</title>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just this morning I updated my Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 [1], and it has broken my phone. I think it has installed a new Android version. Symptoms include, but are not limited to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- The telephone becomes very hot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- The battery rapidly discharges.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Navigation and typing has become really slow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- It sometimes hangs for a bit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp;I can no longer use biometric&amp;nbsp;authentication.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rebooting the telephone several times does not resolve any of the problems. What is the best way to solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;
