Samsung Health app bike sensors

Hello!
I've got Cycplus speed/cadense sensors which work fine with the regular biking apps, however Samsung Health fails to find them. Is it possible to connect non-listed devices into the app?

Hi Alex,

By looking at their compatibility list and the list in Samsung Health, it doesn't support Samsung Health.

You might want to get in touch with the manufacturer to request them supporting Samsung Health. In the meantime, you might want to see if it works with Strava. You can link up your Strava account in Samsung Health to get your Strava trainings in the Samsung Health app.

They didn't tell me anything about their compatibility and told they should be searchable in the list. Maybe Samsung blacklists some devices, huh?

Any manufacturer can have their sensors added to Samsung Health, but it's something the manufacturer has to apply for first. You can refer them to this page and the Samsung Developers support page should they be unaware and interested in adding their devices to Samsung Health: https://developer.samsung.com/health/device/overview.html

Ive just checked the link and the message at the bottom says that Samsung currently doesn't accept any applications for Partnered devices
