How do you change which card you pay the insurance with? I logged into Samsung Store and the Care+ website and I can't find how to change it anywhere.. I guess it automatically chooses the card I used to order my phone, but I want to choose a different card for monthly expenses

You can go to google.com, then choose the Google icon that shows the first letter of your name, manage your Google account, payment, prepayment, manage payment methods, delete the insurance card you want, then enter the new card.

No, I mean Samsung Care+, Samsungs own insurance. I added it when I bought my phone from Samsungs website, so it doesn't have anything to do with my google account

There are several options to change the payment card, including Settings_ then clicking on the personal icon_ then your Samsung account_ then logging in to your Samsung account_ then Payments and benefits. Also by downloading the program Samsung wallet/Pay(watch)

That's the problem, I don't have any settings where I can change that when I log into to Samsungs website, or the app, or when I log into the Care+ website, there is no setting to change the card for Care+

Then it's possible that you can't. Since it depends on agreement that was given.

Idk about a given agreement, I just checked the box to get it when I ordered the phone 😅 It's free the first 3 months, maybe that's why, I have emailed support and asked, so hopefully they'll reply and tell me during the week 👌🏼 I would really like to have the same card as the rest of my monthly expenses

Usually it picks a plan that's there and ones that is included are yearly plans if i remembered.

I don't think it charges automatically if I'm correct. If it does check under account on there to see if it let's you modify where it shall charge, but if it does not charge automatically then it may bill you different way to pay.

I don't have any options at all for payments 😅 it just said "monthly" when I bought the phone, but hopefully the support gets back to me soon

Did support ever get this resolved for you? I found the area that lets me change the payment info to a new card, but says a technical issue is stopping it from changing. I have been on the phone to Samsung support 3 times and Assurant 2 times, each phone call has been a finger point to the other party.
