      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently bought the Samsung S21, transferred all my apps ok. I receive notifications for Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and other apps, but I don't get anything for Snapchat whatever notification setting i have, I have to actually open the app and then discover I have been sent Snaps or messages. Any answers?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12027846"&gt;@Davebrad127&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Check the app has not been put to Deep sleep?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have you tried clearing the cache and Data?&amp;nbsp; Go to Settings-Apps-Snapchat-Storage-Clear Cache and Data.&amp;nbsp; Now Uninstall and reinstall the App.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if still an issue try Wiping cache Partition.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Switch off Device and if Android 11 you need to&amp;nbsp; connect to computer or plug in USB-C&amp;nbsp; Headphones.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;Press and hold the&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Volume Up&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;key and then press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Power&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;key .&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Volume down&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;key several times to highlight&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;wipe cache partition&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Power&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;key to select.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press the&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Volume down&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;key to highlight&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;yes&lt;/STRONG&gt;, them and press the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Power&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;key to select.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When the wipe cache partition is complete,&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reboot system now&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;is highlighted.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Power&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;key to restart the device.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>yes I have the same issue on my s20 and s21 , for some reason certain apps I don't get any app notifications.  I don't plan to do a reboot to get notifications &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":unamused_face:"&gt;😒&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>Im also having trouble with snapchat notifications coming through. They've updated it twice and still nothing, this must be a samsung issue. Its becoming annoying now</description>
