      <description>Why cant I access emails on my phone?worked fine until January update works perfectly on line so obviously software problem with samsung email app&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>Haven't seen any reports about this before. Try clearing system cache on your  device, first. Next thing is remove and replace the account. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>had to clear cache off each individual app however done it&lt;BR /&gt;then removed account ,wont let me sign back in allegedly wrong pass word or email ,both of which work fine on BT's website or pop 3 not switched on but surely must be as I can get into account on line</description>

      <description>I use BT email and sometimes get the issue where only the browser works. Good old BT!</description>

      <description>getting very frustrated now got as far as closing old account cant sign in again "can't verify account  user name or password incorrect or pop3 not switched on " but it all works properly when I go to bt login page  I'm thinking it must be a Samsung software  problem</description>

      <description>solved it, undid everything started from scratch and after alot of messing about it's all up and running</description>
