    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I used Smart Switch to back up my entire phone and 128GB SD card to my Windows 10 PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I then wanted to restore the photos that were in the SD card and selected that item in Smart Switch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The SD card has over 60GB free and the photos are 2GB. The restore process completes on the PC and my phones takes a few more minutes saving.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When looking&amp;nbsp;for the pictures, none have been restored to the SD card, or to the phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any pointers on what I should be doing to correct this, and to get the photos restored?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;When you connect to smart switch, in the top right hand corner there is an option called preference, click on that and then the option for back up/restore. There you can tick all the options for what can be restored, make sure the media files are ticked as well, click on save and then try the restore again.&lt;BR /&gt;that should help</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;a uninstall-reinstall seems to have sorted it, but I haven't tried a full backup and restore&lt;/P&gt;</description>
