      <description>I recently upgraded to the S21 5g. Since then I have had problems with Facebook occasionally shutting down and also the MY EE app constantly shutting down after passing the fingerprint or PIN login screen.&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 16px; color: #6d6e71; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Theres no error message just shuts down. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times and I have used both fingerprint and PIN login and it shuts down on both. I am able to login using the main Internet page. The version of the app is 4.46.1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 16px; color: #6d6e71; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Any ideas. I have contacted ee and they advised contacting Samsung.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>has your phone not put them to sleep ?? as I don't  use fb mobile as it hogs the memory.... it is only a suggestion</description>

      <description>I've stopped the auto update and that seems to have fixed Facebook.  but the EE app is still playing up</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Facebook is not working properly on Android 11, there are many, many problems, I suggest you Google it. My EE app is the same, read the reviews on Play Store. Loads are complaining.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just because an app doesn't work does not mean it is your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
