    <description>I think it is just displaying your "safe range". A bit like the rev counter in a car, if you will. My car normally revs between 2-3000rpm, but the max 'safe' revs are below 5,500rpm. if I go over 5,500rpm for an extended continuous period, I will seriously damage the engine.</description>
