Community missing from members app

For the last couple of months my Samsung members app has been missing the community tab. I've contacted Samsung Support for help and they've exhausted solutions. The community section is also missing from my Samsung members app on my tablet. It appears to be an account issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi if you haven't done this already, sign out of your Samsung account uninstall the Samsung members app then install it again & sign into your Samsung account& see if that fixesthe issueyourhaving.

Thanks for the reply. I've already done that. I also went further in deleting the Samsung account and setting up a new Samsung account. Still didn't work.
