Week numbers 2021 wrong

The week number for 2021 are wrong. 2020 should have 53 weeks.

I've reset the feature and still I'm getting the wrong week numbers.

They days and day numbers are correct.

Let's try turning the week number off, and then turn it back on for a few seconds to see if this helps. If it still shows the week commencing 4th January 2021 as week 2, please send a picture of your calendar. The week commencing 28th December will appear as the 53rd week as the year isn't over before this week as much as most of us would like it to end. You can turn off the week numbers by going into the Calendar app > 3 lines in top left > Settings toggle in top right > Show week numbers.

Disabling and re-enabling week numbers does not work for me!
Any other ideas?

Didn't work! Week starting jan 4th is still week 2 instead of week 1.

Solution: For me the top language needed a change in:
Settings -> General Management -> Language.

I had English United state which see to give the wrong number. I changed to English (Sweden) and it worked after reboot.

FYI if it doesn't work: I also Switched from automatic time to manual time and back.

I just changed the language

Didn't need to reboot, just reopen the calendar and the week numbers are correct.

Hi!

I have problem with my Galaxy S3 Frontier smartwatch showing wrong week number, more exactely it's 1 week forward, what can I do? Smartphone displaying correct week number, I have a S21 Ultra 5G.

Anyone else with this problem? How to solve it?

Had the same problem and did the reset as mentioned and got the correct week numbers BUT I want the phone in English and not Swedish.

I downloaded and installed Calendar Pro and it shows correct week numbers.

Is there a way to get correct week numbers having Language English?

So I got it to work by removing English in the Language section, then clicked + and added English(Swedish) and set it as the default with restartibg and now it works.

We'll see if I continue to use Calendar. Starting using Google Calendar and it worked fine before the change.

Thanks to who ever it was that gave me the tip. 🙂
