Hello Everyone,

I need some help here.

I participated in Lucky Dip draw in October 2020 from Samsung Members and got an e mail that i won the E gift card in Lucky Dip prize draw on 5.11.2020. Also Samsung said they will e mail me shortly my e gift card.

I have not received anything yet.

Would any one have suggestions where else can I contact them ? Any contact number for Samsung Members or email address please ?

I have tried to be in touch with them and explained about the situation but they gave me Samsung customer care contact , not helpful at all.

you've checked your Spam folder too thoroughly yeah? its quite easy to mix up winners emails with advertisements.
