Feature Request : Edit Workout

Please improve the Samsung Health App so that workouts can be edited / trimmed. It is very easy (innevitable in fact) to forget to end a workout when tracking on a wearable.

Alternatively / as well, please let the device auto detect the workout end based on movement and heart rate?

Hey @TripHazzard! You can share your feedback with the Samsung Health app team directly by filling in this form. Under "Enquiry Type", make sure you choose "Suggestions" .

Thanks, I'll raise a suggestion. It would be great if this form were more easily accessible from the the Samsung account pages but I didn't see any references to this site when I was looking to raise a feature request.

Why is this marked as "solved"? Where is solution? Not happy with expensive watch and half-cooked app.

This issue is not resolved I had the same issue today. Its annoying. You in the mode then make tracks to travel home. You don't always remember to switch off the end of the walk or exercise. And you cannot alter or amend your route or times etc.

This is such a basic/trivial necessity to have gone this long without addressing.

Forget that the workouts could be updated to auto end when you're running or biking at 70mph. Letting us just trim the end of seems so obvious.

Agreed, it's low effort for back end developers to implement, and would have a big impact for the user. You would think they'd have prioritised this feature on their backlog by now...

Just keep adding your name to this forum. 20 posts is nothing in the scheme of feature requests but eventually some bright spark in Samsung management will see how popular this request is. Remember, the watch software isn't as mature as the likes of garmin so they have to play catch up and learn what their fitness customers need.

Still waiting on a solution... I've been for a run when my watch went flat. My walking partner kept track of the extra info I did but I can't add it to my total now my watch is back on which is disappointing.

Please *at least* allow trimming of time off the end of an exercise. The Skitracks app has exactly this. We humans and our smartwatches aren't perfect - allow for error correction.

+1 for this. Sometimes when I swim and forget to turn it off at the end, it ends all sorts of laps at the end. I can't delete the laps or trim the exercise time. Would be such an easy function to add.

Need a solution to this. Left my wearable running and thinks that I done a 2 hour workout instead of a one hour workout! Disgrace this isn't fixed
