Hi guys, I am trying to ask Bixby to remind me something, it does safe on my calendar but at the time it doesn't remind me it. Any clue?

bixby remind me to pay Thames water at .... I can see it on the calendar, but it doesn't remind me at that time

Have you already checked if you see your reminders on the Reminders app?
