Device Password

Hello,

I have a Galaxy 7 edge which I am trying to connect to video door bell.

I am setting the app up on my mobile and it is asking for my device password.

I don't even remember setting up a password.

I have already tried my Samsung Password which doesn't work and I can't imagine where or how to find it.

Can anyone help?

is it possible its asking for a pin on your phone or could it be asking you to sign into the account for the doorbell (if you have set one up)

I haven't tried my pin!👍
It is all set up on my phone with the doorbell App. I didn't need an account as such, but appreciate your help.
I will let you know how the pin goes.🙂

AmyLouJay, I tried my pin but that was not the password it was looking for.😫
Any other suggestions??
