Bixby feedback: Microphone timeout and third-party app routing

Hey everyone, I’ve been using Bixby heavily for hands-free tasks on my flagship device and wanted to share some feedback for future software updates.
While the native hardware integration and direct control functions are absolutely top-tier, I’m finding the microphone cuts off a bit too fast if I take a natural breath mid-sentence. It would be amazing if the timeout window could be extended slightly so it doesn't interrupt speech.
Also, I notice it occasionally struggles to route messages smoothly through third-party apps like WhatsApp, sometimes defaulting to standard text messages instead of the app contact. Improving the hands-free execution for setting toggles and expanding how smoothly it handles non-native apps would make it the perfect daily assistant. Anyone else noticing the mic cutoff issue?

Yeah, that happens on some Samsung models. Try turning on Bixby’s extended listening mode so it doesn’t cut off when you pause, and set WhatsApp as the default messaging app so Bixby stops falling back to SMS

Not able to set WhatsApp as my default messaging app for some reason 😭 only Google messages is shown there
