You cannot uninstall Google Play Store therefore if you go to Settings, Apps and locate it then click on it (this should remove the settings if it has been accidentally popped to sleep or disabled).

It can't be deleted so it is there.

Go to Settings>Apps and look for Google Play Store. Open it and ensure that it is not disabled.
