Where in the app? I click the link, it just opens the app. I've scoured the app, the web and can't find anything about email notifications only the notifications on my device. S24U user.

I had my old email registered with Samsung: ***( This email changed as I'm not able to use it anymore, so I changed it and updated my account to: *****

I'm receiving marketing emails from Samsung but nothing else to my new Gmail account. I logged onto my old Virgin Media account just the other day as I still have to and I found several emails from Samsung in there regarding 2-factor!

I can't understand why Samsung are still sending me emails to my old email account. How do I ensure my Virgin Media email is completely deleted from this platform. I tried to talk to the AI chat bot but found it of no help.

Thank you and kind regards

To stop marketing and to change the email addresses on your account, log into your Samsung Account and amend both the email addresses and the marketing preferences.

This should solve your question.

In answer to your question, in the emails you receive there should be an option to unsubscribe from them. Usually found at the bottom, click this and follow instructions 🙏
