Notification/Quick Settings panel lag when opening it for the first time after changing phone orientation

There is a significant frame drop/stutter when opening the Quick Settings/Notification panel for the first time after the screen orientation change. It does so unconditionally and gets exponentially worse under load (playing a game, watching a video, recording etc).

Steps to recreate:
1. Open Quick Settings
2. Close Quick Settings
3. Rotate the phone (orientation changed)
4. Open Quick Settings (lag)
5. Close Quick Settings
6. Open Again (no lag)
7. Close Quick Settings
8. Rotate and repeat

The issue happens even after hard reset. It is a well known issue that's present on all Galaxy devices:

I tried contacting customer support, but they dismissed this as "working as intended".

Set performance profile to standard. This fixed it for me.

Same problem on my S25U... m doubting if it's really a flagship phone! Samsung should fix this ASAP. The quick panel is really laggy especially when playing games... m considering apple now!

I have this problem too after updating s23U to 8.5 The qiuck panel it's not as smooth as it was on 8.0 When gaming animation very lags. And sometimes it delays more often than before and it's rarely happining when i open apps it opens without animation it's fixible when clear cashe of one ui home and it's not fixible all time it will appier again.
