4:3 monitor supprt discontinued in Samsung Dex

Hi,

it seems to me that Samsung Dex has discontinued the support for 4:3 monitors.

This is very annoying as all portable e-ink monitors have a resolution in 4:3.

Wow i would frown at folks using 16:9, 4:3 is ancient but get your existing device.

What device are you using, I found the none flagship devices dont go far enough.

Aspect ratio 4:3 is not ancient. It's state of the art as it is very convinient for reading text files and books. I'am using a monitor from Bigme, I just bought recently. My mobile is a galaxy s23. As 4:3 resolutions are not available in Dex, I have to use a 12:9 resolution, but I'ld like to get rid of the black bars at the top and buttom, as the advantage of using a 4:3 monitor is gone.

I doubt you can even buy a 4:3 monitor anymore.

When looking for an e-ink monitor, you have to buy a monitor with an aspect ratio 4:3.

Suppliers are: Bigme, Dasung, Modos Tech.
