I really don't know how hard it is to maintain a program that sometimes crashes. I really don't know how hard it is to maintain a program that sometimes crashes and has been common since December 2025 until today. I want support to work more on this issue because it is really embarrassing and regrettable.

..dunno if this is connected, but I received that message, checked for any software updates available, installed the latest security patch and now I'm that message-free... 🤷

Working now. I guess it's getting updated but why not plan all the updates and and close the app for a day or two to apply all the updates instead of breaking the app everyday for tiny updates lol

Exactly, I agree with you. They don't have proper planning and this is annoying and it's really hard for them to sustain this. They should pay more attention because it's also something that makes people hate their products and makes them go to another mobile company where there are fewer disruptions and bugs.

I mean, I love my tablets and phones and wouldn't go to other brand, maybe just Iphone, as my list narrowed from Samsung, Iphone and Google lol but Apple is too boring and the Google software is too basic for my taste I love One UI and the only thing I really wish Samsung would do would be to take Customer Service seriously, upgrade the cameras to Leica, Zeiss or Hasseblad, not that Samsung has bad cameras, but those are better, and bring back the Bluetooth SPen lol I know it's a long call but PLS PLS PLS do it Samsung.💙

Samsung rarely implements major changes without a strict cost-versus-implementation analysis first, often prioritizing bottom-line metrics over vocal customer demands... so we can shout all we want, if Samsung doesn't think it's worthwhile they won't change it... 😡

It's been acting up for weeks despite having had updates to the app and we still having server errors. I lost the app most of last night but it was fine working again this morning till this afternoon again getting server errors.

I completely agree. We are fans of this company and its products, and I have to look intelligently at those who know less about technology, etc.
