suggestions please

Hi everyone im new to the members community.

Could someone please help..

I have a Samsung Galaxy j3 and i cannot do anything with it. It says storage space running out. My storage space is at 98%. I have deleted apps and photos n videos etc n still not made a difference. I got a new phone and tried to smart switch but this won't work either as telling me to delete files. Also i have duplicate files showing but im scared to delete them incase they're not saved on the cloud as it said if i delete then they will be deleted permanently. I've not got a clue what to do can anyone help me out.

Sadly i dont think there is an alternative. delete any unnecessary files and any duplicates 😞

thank you v much ill try deleting more stuff see if it helps. im just scared ill loose all my photos and music

back up your phone using smart switch. then do a full factory reset
