I have s25 ultra and I bought it from cyprus last year,

I installed samsung wallet and there is no payment cards feature?

How can I add it or how to solve this issue?

You can't, that handset was made for a different market, there is possibility that Samsung wallet is not supported in country of origin

@Minakhalil: Further to the above, if you are no longer based in Cyprus then the version of Samsung Wallet will not be compatible with banks in your current location, due to software variances that exist in our devices from region to region. I recommend, as an alternative, trying Google Wallet to see if you have more success.
