ZFOLD7 DeX for the day, work and personal

Another periodic shout out for what i think is Samsung best feature, that they never shout about.

So forgot my laptop at home EEK

So using my ZFOLD7 for Work and Personal use.

SETUP

My stuff - Samsung ZFOLD7, yes nothing else, no laptop bag, full off everything

Work stuff - Dell monitor, keyboard and mouse, thuderbolt cable

USE

My stuff - WhatsApp, Calls, Members, Ring, Eufy

Work stuff - Microsoft InTune, full O365, mainly MS Teams, Sharepoint

CAPABILITY vs LAPTOP

My stuff - Better as i dont like to Phone link personal stuff to my work laptop

Work stuff - Aside from minor mutli tasking, i can do 90% with DeX, but big issue is desktop sharing is not as private.

OTHER THOUGHTS

Downside is when sitting in a face 2 face meeting with just the ZFOLD7, looks like your not working.

No endless software updates when in the office as a few days.

When moving around the building, just pop my ZFOLD7 in my pocket.

Continuity is awesome, able to pick up where i left off anywhere.

About to slope off from work at 3PM (started at 7AM), another advantage is the discreet, mobile in my pocket and off, instead of the long winded pack up everything and those who arrive at 10AM look like your part time or taking the P

Noticed today, the phone runs lukewarm, nowhere near hot, but impressive given its maintaining charge at 100% running a few apps no stops 🔥

To add, drive home, ZFOLD7 connected to car with Android Auto, can join MS Teams and see messages, but I prefer a clear work and home time 🙏 but sometimes it helps.
