That emergancy calls only has gone away there was a problem with the internet so glad it's been fixed hopefully the internet gets left alone.

Thanks to everyone who gave helpful advice but the problem has now been fixed.

Definitely I thought my phone was broken but it was most probably some people messing with the internet so annoying
