    <description>Allright,if using a VPN try disabling it temporarily to see if that makes any difference. Not really further Troubleshooting on Netflix site &lt;A href="https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any trouble with other video apps,may be issue with Device. Could also send Error Report,easiest way is to long press Samsung Members and tap Error Reports. Select Appropriate category and detail issue. Ensure system logs are enclosed (should be by Default) can also enclose screen shots.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys, I'm on OneUI 8 and ever since I bought the Galaxy A06 its not able to play any Netflix videos. Its just stuck on video loading screen when playing a netflix videos. It works on my other devices except my A06.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive already done the clear app cache and ubinstallation same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/91890919"&gt;@deadenne&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Welcome to the Samsung community:)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly optimise in Device care,ensure your storage is sufficient. seems clearing cache/reinstalling has made no difference.&amp;nbsp; Ensure all aps are up to date and run the Galaxy Apps Booster from the Good Guardians store. you could reset the Network connections,General Management-Reset . can Reset Mobile Networks or wifi and Bluetooth. if using wifi could also Reset your router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another idea is to try a Soft Reset ,hold the volume Down and power Buttons simultaneously for around 10 seconds until the Device Reboots and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi James, sadly Ive tried all of these troubleshooting steps. We also went ans changed ISPs recently, tried both in 2.4Ghz wifi networks and in 5Ghz same :((&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm in the current OneUI8.0&lt;/P&gt;</description>
