They're all for USA, Japan and S Korea. A phone for the Euro region would have a camera that shoots in 50fps

The whole Europe being 50fps stopped being true many years ago. Modern technology has the same frame rate no matter the power grid frequency.

Older tech used to use the power grid as a clock and sync signal. These days devices generate their own clock signals so all regions are the same frame rate.

Tv channels might still use 25hz and 50hz but that's more so because "it works, why should we change all our stuff". The tvs and displays showing the content support 60hz just fine. Eg, my 12 year old tv runs 60hz

That's because those old NTSC and PAL standards are pretty much obsolete in today's world. But to answer your statement, that's actually very untrue. We do get catered phones to the European region. Firstly US versions typically have a single SIM slot, whilst we typically get dual SIMs. We also get Exynos variants instead of only Snapdragon models.

Just noticed I had replies to this....

No 50fps is not outdated, most of the world uses it. 60fps videos need converting to fit in with the other 50fps content I shoot.

No one uses 50 FPS video as base standard. Which part of the world are you referring to? Since you targeted this statement towards Europe and thus the UK, I assure you 50 FPS video is not a typical standard used there.
