    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same just happened to mine. Also wiped my phone memory in the apps. Got around the sim problem by having it opened completely but still have issues like notifications not appearing, the pull down menu not functioning. Can't access any of the normal functions through it. All this started a couple of days ago after a restart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Be careful when updating to ui8 make sure that before you do the update you have your side button enabled to power off your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue I had was directly after the update where all the features are listed. After clicking more (which is the only option)&amp;nbsp; the phone went to a completely black screen with and upside down green Android at the top left and only the back and accessibility buttons at the bottom which did not work and shouldn't have even been there as I have swipe enabled. Any app that would come in as a pop-up if I clicked it it would show the opening page to that app but stay frozen. I had to restart the phone to get rid of this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that no problems so far.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You can force restart your device regardless of power button setting by long pressing the power and volume down for 10 seconds.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A53.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;After my wife ran the UI8 update the device no longer recognizes the sim card.&lt;BR /&gt;To say this is limiting is an understatment &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device works on wifi but unable to use it as a phone for calls and texts.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas on a fix or how to rollback to UI7??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Both mine and partners phone no longer charges through bi directional cable. In fact if you plug into a power bank my phone will charge the power bank. Works OK with an older 'dumb' charger that is only one way. Must be the update as happened at same time on 2 identical galaxy s23 phones</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just updated because I had to, and&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;the screen lights up brightly on wake-up despite "Extra Dim" settings. This is super painful especially at night. How does one contact them to ask them to fix this bug. I have a A54 galaxy.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
