Unauthorized transaction on my card on behalf of "SAMSUNG ELECTRONIC SCHWALBACH"

Today my card received a load with the names "SAMSUNG ELECTRONIC SCHWALBACH AM DE" and "SAMSUNG ELECTRONIC SCHWALBACH TSDE"
I didn't buy anything from here. By the way, I live in Turkey
How can I check why the amount was deducted from me?

Check with you bank and get then chase it for you, many card companies will refund you first and chase it back themselves. Depends on card issuer but start there first, I wouldn't wait your card may have been cloned which you want then to stop immediately

certification charge will cost a hundred dollar and in 5 transaction? This issue of unauthorized tranaaction has been raised years back by different users. please help us. pleasw let us know what to do.

Happen to me today! I live in Indonesia. Exact case and I don't even add/store my card as payment to any Galaxy Stores.

Already called my bank and have my card blocked, they currently investigate this issue. This is obviously security breach by Samsung by the look of many same issue threads.

hello all, I just had the same weird transaction. I have closed my credit card and contacted my issuer Bank.

Samsung investigates the transaction still I do not have a sound reply.

I think it is a fraudelent attempt.

Yes it's simply a verification of a small amount & won't be charged. It relates to Samsung Pay.

Hii, it just happened to me this morning and saw this blog, I figured it out when I saw e mail, it was a subscribtion form like tv for me it was HBO now its MAx so guys if you have any kind of subscribtions its from there just check it 😊

Hello! I've just solved this!

After months trying to understand where the h*ll was this coming from I got first to this link https://www.samsungcheckout.com/portal and then login with my user. Then I saw an HBO MAX Account (that for the love of my life don't know how it got there) and then I cancelled it. Talking with an agent on their Whatsapp Comms Channel and he told me to login to that link and I found it!

Do the same, is very easy!

I think I partially solved the problem.

I noticed the same place: SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS, SCHWALBACH.

But when I purchased from a game I downloaded on the Samsung store, I get that location.

I mean not credited but debited.. sorry for the error. I and writing to report to you about this transaction. I just hope this will not happen in the future transactions and no more added money will be deducted from my Visa account.
