    <description>Thanks for this but not a solution. I solved it myself by using smart switch backup of the app from the old phone and then restoring to new phone...fast and effective. Pity there is no support from Samsung...</description>

      <title>Samsung health data transfer</title>

      <description>I am trying to move the data in the samsung health app to another device (from a40 to a56).&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have followed the instructions and synched to the cloud from the old device and then installed the app and synched to the new device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;There is one set of data that is missing: the daily step count. The exercise data is visible so the synching is happening but not completely. I can only see the previous daily steps in the old phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;How can I transfer the daily step count from the old phone to the new one?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
