      <title>Registration fail in update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. My phone was bought from Dubai, and I am currently using it in Ethiopia. The model is Samsung Galaxy A16 (SM-A165F/DS) with CSC OJM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing a problem with software updates.&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to update from the Settings app, it shows: “Registration failed. Unable to connect to server.”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried updating with Smart Switch and it still fails.&lt;BR /&gt;I want to upgrade, but it does not allow me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, I live in Ethiopia and it was bought from Dubai. The network works perfectly, the only problem is updating it through OTA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Phones not in their region will not update. Everything else more or less will work as intended- just not updates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Theres a lot of posts on here relating for more info</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm in the UK and have an EUX model.&amp;nbsp; Its a brand new out of the box device that says Registration Failed when trying to do the Software Updates.&amp;nbsp; Did any of you have any success in resolving this issue please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
