Gday guys. So ive had this s25ultra for a while now. However, the last 4 months, it drops out of service all thr time. I mean, I csnt make a call, send a text, nothing. I have to turn airplane mode on and off.

I lose so many calls because they dont ring, it goes through to voicemail.

What could be causing this? Ive updated the system, deleted cache for everything.

Cheers

Have you checked if any issues with the provider or their mast is down etc?

Sometimes a simple phone Restart can do wonders.

Depending on your network, 3g has broadly been turned off by all networks now (O2 have a little bit left to do).

So if you are using the O2 network in particular, it may be that you were connecting on 3g but that is now no longer active?

That said, calls and texts are usually also available on 2g.

Check the network status for your network (on their website)

Also perform a Reset MOBILE Network Settings on your device.
