Unable to Access Voucher Redemption Link – Samsung Members - Christmas Giveaway

Hi Members,

I participated in the Samsung Members app “Christmas Countdown” giveaway and received a voucher code in the My Vouchers section. However, the “Where to use this voucher” link is not active and shows “Can’t use this feature” when tapped.

Could you please help fix this issue or share the correct link or steps to redeem the voucher? The voucher expires on 24 December, so I’d appreciate a quick resolution.
