You can pretty much do that. If you just head over to settings then advanced features, click on side button then toggle the double press on. Then chose Google pay.

Ive spoken to samsung and Google and samsung have openly admitted that they did it to make people use there wallet.

That is very wierd i just checked mine and it is the same, i generally use Samsung pay but due to nit supporting revolut i jump to google pay when abroad. And i definitely used it end of September beginning of October with the side button double click and i was on one UI 8 so definitely not the update lol 😆

Not sure why is that but really hope they fix it before my next trip lol 😆 😅 😂
