Network storage.&amp;nbsp; I deleted that app, and when I tapped on it in My Files, this tap redirect me to Galaxy Store for update...and in Galaxy Store is OLDER version of My Files.&amp;nbsp; Why I need version 15.02..... if I already have 15.04.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You can probably usb your phone to a pc to view the files. Though files shouldn't need safe mode anyway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Files you can delete normally. Apps are the things that need safe mode if they are ransomware or something.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Again, safe mode is designed to disable every app so you can uninstall malicious apps. Anything else doesn't need safe mode</description>

&lt;P&gt;Safe Mode runs the device at its most basic. As such it doesn’t run apps that the devs consider nonessential to that state – whether it’s third party apps or Samsung and Google ones.&amp;nbsp; It’s more of a simple diagnostic tool to see if a general issue (e.g. freezing, battery drain etc.) is persisting when the device is operating at its most basic, and so indicate what action should be taken. As the official guidance page puts it:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;“&lt;EM&gt;Use your phone normally to see if the issue you were experiencing has been resolved while your phone is in Safe mode. If the problem has gone away, the likelihood is that it is an app that is causing the problem. &lt;P&gt;Going by Samsung dev logic, the battery % on the top right would be enough to indicate the amount of battery whilst in Safe Mode.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;My phone doesn’t have a 'Samsung unlock'. But it’s likely to be a network unlock for phones that are locked to one or have a network market origin.
