So, how I didn't get any answers from experts here, I call YOU @AntS , because YOU represent Samsung here, please answer my question.

Why I can't open in safe mode PRE-INSTALLED Samsung and Google apps, such as

1. MY FILES

2. DEVICE CARE

3. MODES AND ROUTINES

4. CHROME

5. GMAIL

Safe mode is more designed to allow you to delete malicious apps and fix things. You aren't really supposed to be able to open anything at all.

So you can delete app data and uninstall apps. That's basically it

Yes, phone app, message app works even on airplane mode. But nothing else pre-installed not working

How I can do that if I can't open My files? Or device care? To see if any annoying is there? And you know what?

It is something unusual in My Files.. Network storage. I deleted that app, and when I tapped on it in My Files, this tap redirect me to Galaxy Store for update...and in Galaxy Store is OLDER version of My Files. Why I need version 15.02..... if I already have 15.04.....

You can probably usb your phone to a pc to view the files. Though files shouldn't need safe mode anyway.

Files you can delete normally. Apps are the things that need safe mode if they are ransomware or something.

Again, safe mode is designed to disable every app so you can uninstall malicious apps. Anything else doesn't need safe mode

And I just boot my S21 ultra in safe mode. I can open all what I can't on S24 ultra. My Files, Device care, Modes and Routines, Gmail, Chrome. IN AIRPLANE MODE!!

And, in section Connections > More Connections settings stays Samsung unlock on S24 ultra, I see that only in safe mode, normally I don't see that Samsung locked my phone

Hey @Sonora ,

Safe Mode runs the device at its most basic. As such it doesn’t run apps that the devs consider nonessential to that state – whether it’s third party apps or Samsung and Google ones. It’s more of a simple diagnostic tool to see if a general issue (e.g. freezing, battery drain etc.) is persisting when the device is operating at its most basic, and so indicate what action should be taken. As the official guidance page puts it:

“Use your phone normally to see if the issue you were experiencing has been resolved while your phone is in Safe mode. If the problem has gone away, the likelihood is that it is an app that is causing the problem. Remove recently downloaded apps one by one until the problem is fixed.

If the problem persists when your device is running in Safe mode, it is unlikely that the problem is related to an app.”

Going by Samsung dev logic, the battery % on the top right would be enough to indicate the amount of battery whilst in Safe Mode.

My phone doesn’t have a 'Samsung unlock'. But it’s likely to be a network unlock for phones that are locked to one or have a network market origin. T Mobile explains it here: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/tutorials/device/samsung/galaxy-s23/topic/settings/mobile-device-unlock

what is this mean ( on my picture, which I taken with S21 ultra because in safe mode camera or take screenshot not working, but AI select works?!?!?-and I refuse to use AI select in safe mode).

I bought S24 ultra directly from Samsung, I use prepaid SIM card, so my phone CAN'T BE LOCKED ANYWHERE AND CERTAINLY CAN'T SHOW THAT SECTION UNDER CONNECTION ONLY IN SAFE MODE!

@AntS , I can't find it now, but I read a post on this forum by a Samsung Members Star that Samsung disabled uploads photos bigger of some resolution or something like that.

That's how Google photos stuck in loops because I have 4K quality images for uploads AND CAN'T DO THAT NO MATTER OF MY QUALITY OF CONNECTION!!!
