Samsung notes problem

So I updated to the new version of notes. I for some reason cannot access any of my locked notes and when i try to convert them to new version it does nothing can someone help?

I have got it to work. But I have no idea hiwbi did it. I went onto the Samsung app store to make sure it was updated (nothing happened). Then i went into the notes settings and tried syncing it (nothing happened). I gave up after that and came back to it an hour later and for sone reason the convert method started working and fixed the problem. I'm sorry i wish i could tell you what the solution is but unfortunately i don't know. hopefully this helps goodluck.

After syncing it worked for me as well
