Is there any official statement from the Samsung regarding the "AppCloud" application issue?

Of note, it seems to be gone from my phone. Had a little look and I'm guessing some system update must have removed it

I remember talking to this person about this exact same thing when they first brought it up. There indeed was an app called "appcloud" installed on my phone. Or at least I remember it being installed.

It's an official thing on samsung devices. When you get a cheaper device and it makes you install apps as an advertisement during setup, that's appcloud

Haven't noticed on my phones, but seen this going on for quite some time now for A,M,F series phones.

It was installed on my mums A25 phone. Until I was made aware of it. There wasn't a way to remove it permanently. But I ended up clearing the data and disabled it as well as forcing stop on it. Just hope to receive a response from samsung about it. I do remember having appcloud when S23 was on android 14.
