    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/87669776"&gt;@jshsjsjs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Welcome to the Samsung community &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/html/@758C9CF82B69C1E7230907A98BEAE742/images/smilies/1.samsung_1f0cf.png" alt=":smiling-face:" title=":smiling-face:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting both your TV and your phone initially.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However you may need to reset the Network connections,General Mangement-Reset.&amp;nbsp; Resert Wifi and Bluetooth settings or all Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you may though need to clear the cache and Data of the Smart Things App or reinstall if still issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whilst should not be a problem signing in if logged into your Samsung Account you could change the Default Browser. Go to Settings-Apps-Default Apps-Browser App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot login the smart things app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to get my smart things app to work so I can connect my new samsung TV to my phone. I need to be logged in in-app to add the TV. When I try to log in the app opens up my browser, pulls up my account and just has me press the 'Continue' button. When I press it though, nothing happens. I get sent back to the app not being logged in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I literally only use my TV to cast from my phone, it is currently useless to me. If this cannot be fixed I will have to send it back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
