      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not receiving emails on my galaxy 51&amp;nbsp; mobile&amp;nbsp; although ok on my laptop. I am not tech savy at 88 years of age, so are&amp;nbsp; there&amp;nbsp; simple ways I can resolve this issue. Any assistance would be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Ok,hopefully it works out. I would always ask to your friend to check if you have a strong enough signal and any difference between WiFi and Data.,may not be the issue though.You can Reset the Network connections/Reboot Router mind you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp; James,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Don't quite know how it happened but ended up with Samsung Recovery after&amp;nbsp; trying all sorts of solutions&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and getting frustrated, and this miraculously cleared the&amp;nbsp; problem so now receiving emails.&amp;nbsp; However thanks&amp;nbsp; for your helpful suggestions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
