I'm with EE and no longer have the option to toggle on Volte on my s25 ultra. When I looked into it myself I came across this.

Recent Samsung software updates, particularly with One UI 7, have removed the manual toggle to turn off VoLTE (Voice over LTE) for many users, as it is now permanently enabled by default on most modern networks.
The removal of the VoLTE toggle is a combined decision by both Samsung (via software updates) and network providers.

I only know Volte is working as The VoLTE symbol appears when I pull down the notification shade/quick settings.

I would contact Lebara again.

I'm with Tesco internet that runs on O2 and still have the Volte toggle on my S25 ultra.
