NFC no longer automatically turns off after using Samsung Wallet

Recently I have noticed that the NFC remains turned on when using Samsung wallet. Before it used to automatically turn off after a transaction or closing Samsung wallet.

Now you have to manually turn off NFC and remember to do so. Anyone else having this issue and is there any fix?

Currently using a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra with the latest software/update

You can create a routine that enables/disables nfc as wallet opens/closes

Thanks I have done this now
Routine is finally working
Before I had the routine set so when routine ends- NFC returns to state it was in before

But I have amended the routine so when it ends, NFC forcefully turns off

Mines always on with my S22ultra as it always has been. Don't see the need to keep turning it off.

I use Google Wallet and once I've confirmed payment it always asks me for my fingerprint.

I find this 💯 reassuring.

So don't need to be concerned by NFC.

I have the exact same problem. Submitted a ticket and waiting for feedback.

Didn't have this problem before.

Same here. NFC used to turn on and off just for damsung wallet. Now it seems to be on all the time, since it never deactivated.
