Can't create Samsung account nor sign in from Phone settings/Samsung apps

Hello,

1. When I try to create a Samsung account from phone settings and click "I'm over 13", it takes me back to Samsung account Sign in screen.

2. When I try to sign in to my Samsung account with "Email or phone number" option. I enter my email, click Next and I get a message "Network error". I get "network error" even when I'm connected to the internet.

3. This issue also happens when trying to sign up/sign in to other samsung apps like Samsung Cloud or Galaxy Themes.

This happened on Android 15 and still happens on Android 16.

My phone is Samsung Galaxy A25 5G. Android Version:16.

Does it happen on wifi and mobile data?

Actually had the same thing happen with a galaxy watch 3 ages ago. During setup sometimes things can go wrong and the phone can never talk to samsung correctly. My solution was resetting the device and setting it up again

Check your Google account. Create Samsung account using pc/mac/Linux browser

Yes, it does happen on Wi-Fi. I have tried factory reset, but the issue is still there. Factory reset did not help.

What do You mean by "Check your Google account"? If You mean to remove my Google account and then log in with Samsung account, I have tried that and the problem is NOT solved.

Personal info on your Google Account page, click "Birthday," and then edit or update the date

I have set up a new day, month, year of birthday and I still can't log in with my Samsung account in my phone settings. This is issue with sign up/log in is probably a bug which needs to be fixed.

I can log in on my browser via PC. I only can't log in in my phone settings.

Redo personal info on Samsung account too when logged on pc. If the error persists contact Samsung support via Members app and let them deal with it

I have tried to log in via Members app with Samsung account, but the same problem persists "Network error". In short, I'm not going to do anything anymore. This is some problem in the phone. I'll wait for an update to fix this bug.
