    <description>&lt;P&gt;I updated my phone this afternoon with oneui 8 and when I turn the phone on I get the oneui 8 welcome screen (orange and blue) then when I click &lt;STRONG&gt;get started&lt;/STRONG&gt; I get another page informing me of what the new update has, when I click &lt;STRONG&gt;next&lt;/STRONG&gt; my screen goes white and nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; I have done resets off and on again also removed the sim card and replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated as I urgently need this working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanking you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/86764402"&gt;@LP1374&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Welcome to the Samsung community &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/html/@758C9CF82B69C1E7230907A98BEAE742/images/smilies/1.samsung_1f0cf.png" alt=":smiling-face:" title=":smiling-face:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try the Soft Reset by holding does the Power Button for around 10 seconds until the Device Reboots.&amp;nbsp; I would advise clearing the cache partition as some temporary cache files can become outmoded/corrupt.&amp;nbsp; During the process these files are deleted but your Data is intact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Turn off the device.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key&lt;BR /&gt;3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Press Power key to select.&lt;BR /&gt;7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.&lt;BR /&gt;8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.&lt;BR /&gt;9. Press the Power key to restart the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still issues afterwards or any problems in doing this could try in Safe Mode and if the problem does not exist in this mode would pinpoint recent third party apps which have been installed .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
