Secure folder - no password reset option

How do I access the images in my secure folder please? I forgot the pattern and now the timer is getting bigger and bigger. There is no option on the Samsung account when logged in to reset. On the folder itself it just has the option to uninstall.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 all my baby photos are there and I just can't lose them 😭

If you never ticked the box "allow lock reset with samsung account" in secure folder settings, there is no way to reset it.

If it was enabled, a reset button would appear if you got your code wrong. It not appearing probably means you didn't enable it

I don't know if I did or didn't do this 😭 but I think not as I can't see it anywhere. I hoped to get the photos via the Samsung account online. Is that possible or through the cloud

Unless you installed google photos or some backup app inside it, no. Secure folder is designed to be secure. Without the code for it, there's no way in.

You can back it up, but backups are protected with the code set for it

Try getting secure childlocks on them and make sure to save them so nothing should happen to them
